The Details

  • The ceremony and canapés will take place on a grassy area.

    Heel plugs will be available for guests wearing stilettos, because style shouldn’t come with a risk of sinking!

    • Limited parking is available at the venue.

    • We encourage alternate transport and will be arranging a couple of coaches to collect guests from locations around the Hunter area, including: Maitland, Lovedale and Pokolbin

    • Return trips to these locations will be provided at the end of the night.

    • If you’d like to take advantage of this option, please let us know when you RSVP. Changed your mind later? No worries, just reach out to us directly

  • If you prefer to organise your own way there and back, we strongly

    recommend booking taxis, Ubers, or shuttle buses in advance, as they can

    be difficult to secure last-minute in the area.

    • The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM sharp.

    • Please aim to arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time to settle in.

    • Whether you’re dressing to impress or keeping it cool, wear what makes you feel amazing.

    • We’re expecting a beautiful spring day, but it may cool down once the sun sets.

    • If you’re not planning to dance through the chill, we suggest bringing a shawl or jacket to stay cozy.

    • Absolutely! We’d love you to take plenty of photos throughout the day and night.

    • We kindly ask that you allow our professional photographers space and access to capture all the special moments.
