Our Story

Over a decade ago, we met as friends and instantly clicked, becoming each other’s biggest supporters through all the twists and turns of our twenties. From navigating relationships, enjoying countless fancy dinners, attempting ballroom dancing, and even the occasional hair-bleaching experiment on Andrea (yes, really!), we were always there for each other.

About seven years ago, and still ‘friends’, we spoke about how hard it was to find the perfect partner who ticked all the boxes. That’s when we made a pact: if we were still single by 30 years old, we’d simply just marry each other. Deep down, we both knew that our friendship had everything we’d ever need for a happy and fulfilled life—and we were pretty sure our parents would be overjoyed.

Fast forward several years, Andrea invited Christina to a charity ball. That night, something shifted, and the connection we’d always shared blossomed into something deeper. Once we realised our bond was meant to be more than just friendship, we embraced it wholeheartedly. From buying and renovating our first home, adopting our ginger cat Carmelo and to traveling the world, we’ve tackled every adventure together, growing closer with each step.

Call it coincidence or fate, but on the very last day of Andrea’s 30th birthday, he kept our promise and proposed. It turns out we were right all along—our friendship truly was the perfect foundation for a lifetime of love.
